An Ode to The Road
A Poem by Madison Stewart
The Road
Oh..road
You have the perfect mode,
When I drive upon you I just can’t help but feel bestowed…
Through the hills and valleys, we flow,
In and around the caves we go..
To sunsets and sunrises
And hilltops plus surprises..
Road…
Oh, how you help me unload,
As my hair pillow’s around my neck,
And the window catches my breath,
I look outside every time I almost cry,
At how fun twas this ride.
